Yet another entry in my "I Got That Song But I Don't Have The Damn Album" series is this decent song by Mr. Treat Her Right that was one of his bigger country hits(#19 in 1978).
I was introduced to Roy by the late Hal McClain, Houston radio personality who I worked with back in 1977 at KENR radio. Roy was just an all-around cool guy who loved performing and always put on a great show. He still does! Also, his cover of "Tonight's the Night" rocks!

I first seen Roy Head in 1982 and every weekend a group of us would go see him and his band. He is an awesome singer.

Roy was a former rocker who made the easy transition to country like many others. One Conway Twitty followed the same path.
