yes, if any party diasgrees with decision of muslim scholars they will be able to carry on through English legal system.

CONCLUSION:

Does all the above facts sound like they are from Islam’s holy book? How can a book which shows Islam’s prophet Mo to be worse than a common criminal in every respect, be from a God who says Muhammad and Himself (Allah) are equal? [Quran 4:80 Obeying Muhammad is obeying Allah.]

Surely Christians have corrupted THE QURAN and Muslims are in denial about it.

@FaithandReasons There is no country or land that really fully follows the Shariah or Islamic Law, just as there is no country or land that fully follows Christian or Jewish Laws. But in every Western Democratic country, people of the Christian or Jewish faiths are allowed to consult with their clergy about personal matters like marriage problems and get counseling or get a divorce, so why can't Muslims, especially in countries that boast Freedom of Religion?
