Loved the part when he jumped off the Zeppelin. Also feel bad for him when he found out what really happened to her, too bad for him. That must feel much worse, seeing her moving on with her life while he still held onto the image of her from the past, thinking she'd never stop mourning for him. He did the right thing though, just walking away and not letting her see the 'abomination' he had become.
Life is painful sometimes.
