@moabnut It's not that the internet itself is a bad thing, it's a great thing, but what this is more leaned to is the fact that kids are more interested in gossip and not wanting to grow up. I hardly use the Facebook myself, but i was on the other day and some idiot girls had posted up on one of my friend's statuses saying that Stephen Hawking was a moron and that he never did anything of importance to the community, these girls were over the age of twenty.... You see where i'm going with this?

I have to disagree with this video, I believe the internet is the dissemination of information. Our youth are more informed and socially educated than any previous generation and this is a GOOD thing. No longer do we have biases based on a narrow minded one sided point of view. Information is coming from all angles and we are learning how to process information more quickly with less bias. There is no more once sided media spin, there is even MORE spin, and more opportunity to decipher truth

What their parents should do is compensate their net provider or lock up the computer - security code it for a night and hide their phone. I never watch reality shows. I dont have anything really in common with most people tbh, maybe the networking could be a big factor of that in people.
