This is just the beginning of what I expect to be a long series of pranks to each other. This originally started with a prank on myself by putting water bottle caps on the top of my door filled with plastic bb's and then when I shut the door they fell onto my head.
Well I decided to step it up a notch, and put glitter on the top of his fan, and then turn off the switch and pull the fan cord. So that when he turned on his light the fan would start and the glitter would litter his room. Well apparently it was delayed and waited just until he walked underneath it so he got dumped on the top of his head with tons of glitter.
