Cosa hai messo nel caffé in portoghese si dice: O que poseste no cafezinho. Esiste una versione in spagnolo "Que has puesto en el café" Chissà se ce n' è una "em portugues". Comunque l'ha cantata anche Lisa Ono una cantante brasiliano giapponese che la canta con "sotaque" accento brasiliano.

Well, l heard this song back in 1969. We were in Mexico, heard it in Spanish , by a girl. I found the old 45 record that my cousin had given me as a farewell gift. Unable to play it,since l don't have a record player. So, l looked it up on Y.T. But only found this version. It brought back many good memories, of when l was 15 yrs old.! Aww, to be young again. . . .!
