@ngarcia103 I did'nt say that the referee were canadian. I said that Canada always have an advantage beacuse the refs find it so funny to give Canada alot of powerplays.
No he did not blame Canada.... He said "That would'nt happened if Canada played for sure". Don't you listen or don't you understand your own language? The commentator just said the same thing as you, why? Beacuse he's retarded.

@hampzuz That's SO BS!! Usually our refs are, if ANYTHING, "congenial". BUT THAT game was played in the STATES! NOT Canada! As Female hockey players, we appreciate, AND respect the European game.! No difference. With the women's game, the only difference is, it that in Canada, we have a WAY bigger participation rate! Can you imagine if the Russians "got on board"?? My city:75,000. Womens league=300. Girls league:250. Girls playing in "boys" leagues? 30-ish?

@crazyperson3245: "hampzuz" talks bitter towards Canada but at least we walked away with a silver medal last year. I wouldn't be surprised if they blamed Canada because Sweden lost to Russia in that semi final game.
Robin Lehner (Swedish goalie) actually went as far as blaming Canada for a Russian goal that was scored because of what he thought was a miscall by a linesman. I'd also like to point out that that linesman was American.

@ngarcia103 Well Sweden don't play like douchebags and "blindhiting" people. THats what happened in the "practice" game before the tournement started. Canads captain blindhited a swedish defensemen. WHat happened then? NOTHING, a captain should not act like a fucking idiot. Thats how canadians are, unfortunatly.
You can ask anyone here about the refs. Every person from any country will say that Canada allways have the refs on their side.

"hampzuz": No. Right teams, right tournament, wrong year. Canada vs Sweden in 2011 had the worst referees in history. There was NO WAY Sweden could have gone the entire first two periods with no penalties.
