HyperVision - Grape Tomato Sorting

The HyperVision camera system uses Near Infra-Red (NIR) technology to non-destructively and non-intrusively sort and grade fresh produce. The HyperVision is an imaging spectrometer, which takes a reading of the fruit pixel by pixel enabling the camera to detect tiny defects in the fruit. One HyperVision camera is able to sort a variety of fruit on the one production line using a single view pass. The HyperVision is the ultimate in leading edge NIR technology and also includes a patented carrier system. The framework is modular and manufactured in 10 foot stainless steel section.
