This is the Spartacus workout from Mens Health Magazine that is designed to burn fat fast and getting your body building some lean toned muscle. This spartacus workout is going to be pretty darn intense so if you're a rookie then I'd recommend taking it easy on this one. Do each exercise for 50sec and rest 10sec before doing the next exercise. After you finish all 10 exercises then rest 2 minutes and repeat the whole thing 2 more times. I've done this Spartacus workout myself personally and it's a crazy hard workout, but the results you'll get from doing it are incredible.

  • Thanks for the demo, I tried it yesterday, probably did a few of the excercises wrong. But holy shit was it hard. I only could do two sets.

  • i am a athletic trainer for school and i have my wrestling and cross country do this workout all the time, they were so sore for days lol, i love the burn first time i did it i tried to do it with 35's granted i did it but i couldn't even walk down stairs lol, great work out i would recomend it for every one, and i am only 17 ; ) and a scrowny white dude lol

  • Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it

  • Would this be recommended for a 16 year old ? cauz i don't know if that would be good for my growth ( even if i go with light weights)?

  • this wrkout is sick...i have done it for a week and can only complete one circuit. sore for days after the first week but keep up with it... already seeing results.

    I started to try this today and never did exercice (I just run 2 times a week), just finished, I think im going to die lol.. jesus

  • I started this Tuesday and couldn't walk up or down stairs for 2 days.  I can already feel/see results :)
