song after the video: Everybody's on the run, choir&strings version, song inspired by Italian maestro Morricone.
"...from my crystal gazing eye, there shines a light, like dynamite..."
All the greatest albums in music history have some mystery in their artworks... see Led Zeppelin (accused of satanism), etc., Noel is secretly a fan and never mentions them in his lists of top bands, albums, songs, etc. I remember in a backstage he was "dying" to meet them, he couldn't wait. Liam too. Also notice that in Heathen Chemistry in Paris (where they split) Noel is the only one looking in another direction... That was the first album where every member wrote something and that year is when Noel started to think about a solo career (following the flop of Standing on the shoulder of giants), and also some solo song come from those 2001 sessions.
I know one expects something at the end but the dark could be: "all we know is that we don't know how it's gonna be... life on the other hand won't make you understand we're all part of a masterplan"...

  • And about Led Zeppellin...well... I think that Stairway to Heaven is about an old lady that dies and find her way to heaven... some people say if you listen it from the end to begin you will find ''dark'' things... But that's how WE LIVE ... if you follow the right way , you'll find good things like heaven but if you follow the reverse way, bad things will happen......just it.... Don't you think the same?

  • @jpcoli7415 yes, right. Nice interpretation

  • fucking hell fella far play to ya i thought those covers were just pics of somewhere in america

i only ever know new york with the twin towers , well done in pointing this out , so what we got to do now is find out how oasis knew of this before the rest of us!

or find out more about the fella tht made these covers and who they work for , its funny how intertainers know more than our governments,

  • I ever thought that noel wrote songs with certain spiritualism... y'know..LIVE FOREVER,''and after all you're my wonderwall (wonderwall is not a word i think, but noel said it means a 'protector',just like a spirit friend),Champagne Supernova is a good example too, because noel said that even he does not knowing about what the song means,he ever thought that was about reincarnation...Stop Crying Your Heart Out brings the spiritualist way to see a death (''you'll see ' em someday'') thats not bad!

  • @casualkite79 check your copy of Definitely Maybe (if you have it). By the fireplace there is the great Rodney Marsh. By the window there is George Best, who played for a team called red scum at the Old Toilet.
