Dynamic Stretching is the best! increases power and strength alot faster than static stretches. Plus static stretches can cause injuries because muscle spindles are inhibited and doesnt feel it when you're pushing your body too hard. Static is good for AFTER physical activity not before or during.

Great warm uo.Short stretches are the way to go pre match or pre training.Never do static stretching pre match or pre training.

These look like great warm up exercises but I'd look like a fool at the gym doing these before a pick up basketball game.
this is actually a stretching routine for basketball players., right? Could somebody show a nice dynamic stretching video for a bodybuilder's warm-up?

Actually, we use this in all of our varies athletics programs and that includes our acvanced strength classes.
