Thank you for the video. My only comment is that some of these exercises look dangerous, that quick feet switching move at that momentum on that floor could cause a bad injury or burn. Also that backward run for example. I liked the slow movements but those explosive runs and quick changes, I wouldn't do that and I don't think it's a good idea.

Dynamic Stretching is the best! increases power and strength alot faster than static stretches. Plus static stretches can cause injuries because muscle spindles are inhibited and doesnt feel it when you're pushing your body too hard. Static is good for AFTER physical activity not before or during.

this is actually a stretching routine for basketball players., right? Could somebody show a nice dynamic stretching video for a bodybuilder's warm-up?

Actually, we use this in all of our varies athletics programs and that includes our acvanced strength classes.
