材料:豬里肌肉4片、番茄醬2大匙、沙拉油1大匙、洋蔥絲100公克、蘑菇片20公克、青豆仁20公克、鹽1\4小匙、雞蛋、麵粉、黑胡椒、蒜頭

做法:
1.用少許鹽、蛋、麵粉醃漬豬排。
2.入鍋加少許油,加熱到150度,豬排下鍋煎成2面金黃就先盛起。
3.鍋中留少許油炒香蘑菇到金黃,再加入蒜頭、洋蔥絲炒到軟,再加入番茄醬與少許水,略煮開。
4.豬排放入鍋中,再加入青豆仁,少許鹽調味,即可起鍋盛盤,灑上黑胡椒增添風味即可。
