my store selles them for about 25$ each (i know... ripp off

you would probably get better pulls on if you get it on websites, than regular stores (reason is some stores actually pull out the packs, weigh them and insert useless ones)

man nice pulls dude maybe walmart does get good cards from their yugioh tin pulls and put the useless ones for sale when I went to walmart I got good pulls in yusei 3 packs and I can get one for a 1.00 per pack
