RUSSELL COUNTY Kentucky; USJusticewatch.Com has obtained a copy of a video recording of a hearing held in Faller v. Tarter wherein the Circuit Judge, Honorable Vernon J. Miniard, Jr., deals with local Commonwealth Attorney (former) Larry Rogers. At this hearing Rogers had filed a motion to quash a subpoena issued by Faller to take Rogers deposition. Rogers stated concern to the Court was that if he is deposed he believes he will be indicted. Rogers reaction was to make threatening innuendos to the Court about jury tampering which was not well received. This case is still ongoing as are many other related issues and cases which will be featured on USJusticewatch.Com in the coming days. [Upcoming The Faller saga]

  • ANTOTHER NOB HEAD PEDO LOOKING JUGE

  • @AllHaiLKINGTIsHeRe3 Well, it's the way it is because that's how it works in courts. You run the courtroom the way you want to run the courtroom. You are criticizing the basis of our judicial branch, which is of the most equitable in the world. I agree with @1172356, this happens.

  • @1172356 This is an argument I've never understood, the "that's the way it is" argument. What's your point? Obviously I already know the realities of our legal system or else I wouldn't be criticizing it. If you're trying to defend it, telling me how it works doesn't do anything.

  • @AllHaiLKINGTIsHeRe3 like it or not, that is legal realism, a part of our judicial system. A judge has discretion to do almost whatever he feels like. And yes, it is HIS courtroom.

  • NO Judge has the pleasure of acting belligerent as this one does.

  • Judge is guilty as hell.

  • How can they perjer? It's THAR...
