Hi Ted, when I first bought this filter, when I stopped the water it stopped abruptly. I have just changed the filters, and now the water trickles off. Do you know why this is? Thanks in advance, Nancy

It could still be some air in the system. Sometimes it takes a while to work itself out.

Usually it is just air in the filters that hasn't come out yet. Give it more time and it should work its way out.

Hi Tom, nice video, I am buying a new old stock unit. and the filters are dated 2008

but have not seen water. I want to know if filters expire also where to buy tem when needed if you have part numbers for both filters you can give me.
