Our only defense is the armour, the shield of faith, the sword of the word of God, the belt of truth, the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness and the shoes of the gospel of peace. Without all of these defense weapons you are defeated. You can either live in defeat or put your armour on.

Our thought life is so important to how we live our life. Satan gets into your thoughts he talks like Bill Clinton or Obama, he has the gift of right words at the right time and he can make you believe he is right and you are wrong. Satan is very smart, he got Eve to eat the forbidden fruit just by words, he didn't do anything but talk to her. She should of not listened and said I only listen to the Lord and what he says but he was so convincing that she fell for it. What lie is he telling U???

I wrote down everything I wanted help with, it was a looooong list. like show me how to put on the armour, how to fight with it. Show me what satan is up to in my life. Teach me to pray, teach me your ways. Give me strength to stand against this evil attack on me and my family. Give me Godly wisdom to know how to live my life. Forgive me and help me to sin no more. My list goes on and on. If you don't start asking God everyday for help you will lose the battle and have no victory.

I have had to deal with avoidant disorder, SAD disorder and Bipolar. Thank God my mom taught me about Jesus and bought me a bible. IF you want a healing from all our disorders you have to armour up Ephesians 6:10. Can't fight the battle without your armour, if you try you will be hit from so many directions and left worse off then before. Satan is behind your disorders but he doesn't want you to know. Pray to Jesus several times a day for help. Make a list of everything you need help with.
