@CabbageAndMash, now why do you suppose that PETA wants to draw attention to themselves? In doing so, they draw attention to the issue, which is, of course, ending animal exploitation.
The fact that you disagree with the manner in which PETA chooses to bring the issue of animal suffering to the public eye is inconsequential. What is consequential, however, is that PETA's street theatrics and other antics are effective in exposing and ending animal suffering.
