@TorianaBlade Yes, Toriana, he was a beast...I'm sorry that he held himself back, but in the end, it might have been what was right for him. I know I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, and they ate at me for a LONG TIME, causing me to do things and make other bad decisions..but looking back on it, I wouldn't have it any other way..It made me who I am today....Hopefully Willy will be the same way and not beat himself up to bad...Tell him we true Bulldogs will ALWAYS love him!
@BOObarker - You got one fact about my brother, for sure, his attitude did keep him from millions and that's very sad. Unfortunately, the walk on you spoke with was not being honest when they said he was a showboat. Go to the source, it's much more benefitial than speculating. I tell him to speak about his own experience and share his story, but it's personal and he will do it on his on time. I guess the big sister in me just had to come to his defense. AndurilFury was right, he was a badass!
@AndurilFury, I am a State grad, and I shared an aparment with a walk on from the football team and wasi is in college coaching. I asked him the same thing, and he said the NFL scouts said he was lazy in workouts, and took too many plays off during the game. They said he was a showboat with no heart. He was also a risk off the field. Sadly, his attitude is what kept him from millions. Thats sad.
@gfscarface13 How was he a bust? He was a 4th round pick and there was absolutely zero hype surrounding him out of college, so again, how was he a bust?
steve spurrier made the most hilarious comment after this game...it went something like(i am trying to remember it exactly) he said in response to a reporter asking him what he thought about miss st fans tearing the goal posts dow.....''i guess it shows how much they didnt expect to beat the florida gators today'' haha classic

Willie Blade was a badass. How the hell he didn't make it big in the NFL, I'll never understand.
