They are the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, and they are the ultimate "manhunters". Mandated by U.S. Congress the Task Force is made up of multiple federal, state and local agencies, and has the unique ability to transcend jurisdictions in order to work together, unfettered by local boundaries, towards the common goal of catching these violent fugitives.

XICAN and Bravoboxer...Have you ever watched the show? Im guessing No...If you watched it they go after muderers and Rapists and Child Rapists and molesters, they really do go after the worst of the worst walking the streets...I have watched every episode of the show since it debuted and not once have they gone after someone for a drug offense. It truely is murderers and rapists.
