If you look at her wardrobe closely, you'll notice she isn't showing much skin. Actresses around this era wore flesh-colored bodysuits that pretty much covered everything. Even on Saira, her torso to her ankles are totally covered. Same with alot of Helen's videos, its all a camera/lighting trick ;P
