Even if you don't use MythTV this is an extremely useful app. I am subscribed to a TV over internet. This app allows me to control the browser from the comfort of my couch. If not this app, I would have to invest in a long-range keyboard/mouse which would set me back at least $100 and would be an eyesore in my living room.
My computer is running Windows Vista.
