Hi, my respects to all. I believe that kata are too quick and mechanical. It would be nice if you change the pace and give more breaks, that would give more personality to the execution and would look better technique.

I know you mean well, and you guys look like hard practitioners, if you read the pinnacle that's the real way wansu is performed, it was change only adapt to w.u.k.o tournaments, and Sakugawa no kun some movements are off, but very minor, do not hit yourselfs under the armpits or on the sides, but real kobudo stops the kun in the side of the arm, good traning guys, YAH bless
