@Richthor1889 Just be careful with raw food ok? And if you want to eat healthy, you can still take protein powders. There are none flavored whey protein powders out there that is complete natural which doesn´t contain any artifical flavors. They don´t taste good, but if you blend it with fruit it taste really damn good. Also, whey protein is faster digested than any other protein. But hey, if you feel raw eggs a la Rocky Balboa works for you, then keep it on.

@steroidsR4losers , i've never used any thing like that , never will, i don't even use protein powders, i eat healthy , my protein drink is 4 Whole eggs raw pint of milk about 5 table spoons of skimmed powdered milk , it works for me ,that's for sure, and its cheaper, i know tom is on roidz , but that was fucking impressive!

Wow I've seen other people on you tube claiming to multi reps @ 500lbs but tom does proper squats no cheating , all the way down and all the way up! none of this partial weight crap , very impressive tom platz!

Luv it so much how he is smiling the whole time while banging out his reps! Next time I feel like I'm about to die doing squats, I'm gonna take a second and remember platz grinning from ear to ear
