Scotsman, but a manc from the bottom of his heart. Brian did a decade for Manchester United, now he's a coach for the youth team. A true professional and a great striker aswell. Brian McClair!

Fergie once said that McClair was probably his most underrated player ever, along with Denis Irwin. 127 goals for United puts him at 15th in the all-time top scorers list, ahead of Cole and Solskjaer.

One of my favourite players for Utd,no big time Charlie,not too proud to be a squad player in the latter years and a heart as big as a Hughesy's head!!

Brian McClair is proof that if you are lacking in natural talent, you can more than make up for it with determination. He played to his strengths. His strengths were his intelligence on and off the ball, and his finishing. And the fact, he flourished as a midfielder when his career came to an end, showed how much a class act he was. Love you Choccy.

used to be my fave United player..one of the most underrated United players ever..started as a striker with a great goal rate,and later adapted brilliantly to a midfield role, great passer of the ball..watch Norwich v United 92-93..he tore them apart,at a time when both clubs were chasing the title..a class act
