really, as if this engine was ment to but over revved for like hours on end.... you take an engine thats nearing the end of its service life, put it thruogh stress it was not engineered to handle off the assembly line, and then say the company is crap cuase the engine siezes???? fuck that shit...

That's true in a way, but after doing this to a hell of a lot of cars of various origin, a pattern began to form. Fords were notorious for only lasting five minutes whether it be engine trouble (usual), clutch or driveshaft trouble, or just general rust around critical areas.... like strut mounts for instance.

The car in the film here had only just arrived and hadn't even been abused at the point things started to go terminally wrong with the engine. We were therefore left with no choice but to rev it's bollocks off!
