Orion HCCA 15s (For Mondo82111)

Custom Box for 2 Orion HCCA 15s This is in no way built for comps. Its tuned low and built for street bass . Hit the lows hard and make your eyeballs rattle.
He sent me a message 2 days after subs were installed not broke in yet amp set very low 1/4 gain . and still hit a 149.2 at 40 HTZ WOW.

This box was 9.5^ ft and was 1.5" thick MDF on all walls but bottom as it was 165lbs empty no subs,, with the subs it was over 300  this box was not going anywhere, the port is 18.5" x 5 "@beastboy911

did you just sand it and put a primer on it

Sand sand and more ... yeah .. this is high build primmer 2K buff prime all automotive products .. comes in a gallon set up with hardner for about 150 ... the box gets primed about 3 times and sanded between coats .then taped up painted where it stays smooth and very shinny textures elsewhere color applied and untape and clear coat . This is all out of a paint gun . @beastboy911

If u ever had ur car painted this is the same exact process as painting a car with same products

@BumpinThatBass im a little confused. i understand that you have to cut those vertical lines to make the wood bend, but the holes do what? help with the bending?

@SACRAMANIAC916 thats what you have to do to make the round flared port. take a look at the picture that comes right after... you cant just bend mdf wood you know its very strong.

how do you measure the flared ports ?? my box is 48 wide with a universal port for to 12's in the middle , the port needs to be 6 inches wide and 13 1/4 inches long' i wana do a flared port instead or regular slot. but hoe do i measure that curved piece ?
