Andy Martin Lighting Camerman DOP Showreel

Andy Martin trained as a Lighting Cameraman in the Camera Department of London Weekend Television, where he gained considerable experience working on such shows as: The South Bank Show and London's Burning.

As a Director of Photography/DOP he has shot two Cinema Feature films; Play Dead and Cloud Cuckoo Land, plus a number of mainstream TV Drama series such as; Bugs, As If, Sugar Rush & The Dream Team. More recently he shot the new comedy series Red Dwarf and a number of TV Commercials on the 4K HD Red Camera.

Since going freelance in 1994 he has shot a huge selection of TV Documentaries all over the world for the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and various American Networks on subjects as diverse as Elephant Conservation, Rail Crashes, Sky Scrapers, Murderers and Blasphemy.
