Just because someone claims to be a conservative, doesnt make them one.

Just because someone calls themselves a republican, doesnt make them one.

There is a difference between being a conservative, a libertarian, and a republican. One is an ideology and one is a form of voting.

George Bush was not a conservative, nor a libertarian. He expanded government like a liberal, and spent tax payer money like a liberal. Libs should love this guy. Actions over words. He was not a conservative

Don't forget, the republicans had a higher vote in the 1964 and 65 rights and voting act. Dont forget, that not 1 single democrat voted for the 14th ammendment, and that democrats ran the south after the civil war, and were known as DIXIE-CRATS. They were the ones in the KKK, the racist side of the aisle. Thats who was hanging and dragging and killing blacks and whites that helped them, including singling out white republicans in the south, because they helped blacks.

Study a bit harder.

Well for one, liberals are not for freedom. Words change over time, and liberal is no exception. Freedom means freedom from government. Slavery was abolished by Republicans, women voting rights was always apart of it as well. Education has gone to crap with Liberalism taking over the schools. That's a fact of the past 30 years. Child labor is too general so you would have to get in detail.

Slavery, womens rights, freedom in general is what republicans stand and stood for.

Liberalism is a tag the progressives/socialist/communi­st labeled themselves in 1960's because they realized they were being singled out by correct thinking Americans. Yes! Liberalism is my party. I get free daycare, free hotlunches, free healthcare, unemployment benefits, financial aid, retirement benefits and now mortgage assistance and all I have to do is sit back vote Liberals in office and watch my idiot conservative friends work their butts off.
