This is the version from John's cover on his 1975 album Rock 'n' Roll. I play here the rhythm guitar part (acoustic on John's version) and the solo (for which I used the Boss Turbo Distortion DS-2 pedal, instead of the slide guitar of John's cover). The song's key and chord progression (see the annotations) are the same as on Please Mr Postman (see my cover!), except for the fingering of the E (here, E7) chord, and the little Asus4, A, Asus2 runs. Notice also John's use of "passing chords" (strumming all strings open) between most chord changes.
