This is the theatrical trailer for the upcoming documentary "WE LOVE YOU". "WE LOVE YOU" documents the Rainbow Family of Living Light and the Annual Rainbow Gathering.

Every summer since 1972, Rainbow Gatherings have occurred in a different U.S. National Forest, drawing tens of thousands of counter-culture types to the wilderness to set up a temporary city. 'We Love You' shows you their rarely seen culture, the violent oppression of Federal Agents who target them, and their ultimate victory as they pray for peace the day after Feds shoot Pepper Spray projectiles in the children's area of the Gathering.

its also just because this is winter and its cold as shit therse no so many gathereings ..and theyre definitely extremely kind, and extremely cheap, we take refuge in the buddha the dharma and the sangha, at the eend of the day when delusions fade we are just a simple monk/nun looking for compassionate lodging, this is certainly that maybe this is like the buddhist community

thats our personal experience thus far.. but of course this is only one incarnation, happening to us, no doubt for a reason.. and they even watched sports, and were supposedly really into it, it was really strange.. i felt, even being open minded and relaxed, these were not true hippie ways...was it some kind of strange koan? they didnt recognize me as female, even though i am winkte, but we were happy just to not be in my old home, at least i was out theremaby we could heal it

there were a lot of old guys, hung up about politics, and pointless stuff, playing out stereotypical roles and doing chi kung but they still hadn't totally dropped out because they listned to the radio all the time and they bought the stories on the news, some kids, who were kinda buddhisty... and there were a bunch of colors, each night, when we snuck away and took lots of psychedelics deep in the woodsl with the fairies, then crazy stuff happened.. that you wouldn't believe.. like miracles
