I have a masters of engineering and I am always told "your overqualified" or "your not what where looking for", and on the other hand they complain there is a skill shortage that's bullshit there just looking for cheap workers.

there ain't really a big shortage of apprenticeships. but there is a problem with getting people to complete them. the pay is too low, surely the government should have more bonuses for apprentices if there is a "skill shortage". otherwise yes we are going to have a real skill shortage
