What i would give to find subtitles/translation for anime Deep Blue Fleet (Kyokujitsu no Kantai) and Konpeki no Kantai :(

This is a video based on the comic. Summary of comic: Admiral Yamamoto in WW II died and fall into a parallel universe that has a time line about a decade earlier. Admiral plans to change the fate of Japan by reorganizing the stratery like befriend with USA and fight Nazis as well as developing weapons that should have been created decades later such as anti-submarine missles and jet fighters.
