Horowitz famously loved Clementi's music and listening to this recording of this piece its not hard to see why. A most neglected composer, probably because of a very large musical shadow of and some rather derogatory comments from one W.A. Mozart. Still, worth a revival perhaps...?

The tempo is an individual question between certain limits.You can play slower sure! not to much!
