@ClassicalGas91 he is so well known because he IS one of the great guitar players after Segovia.
it is really easy to criticize Fisk, but sometime ago there wasn't YouTube and the only place you could see him perform was in the stage. Is so easy to say someone sucks when you can replay the performance at your own will.
I'm sure Fisk plays better than you do, and better than any other haters.

Hello. This is my own arrangement based on the original written by Paganini for the violin. It may be that some passages sound a bit similar than those that Maestro Fisk perform. As we have not so many octaves as the violin, we have always to make some musical compromises. Regards!
