  • Very brave for taking a video here with the rest ! Excellent! I gotta clip here soon!!

  • @bebo2good1 Thanks man! We were actually allowed to shoot some pictures and videos because it was apart of the PATH shop tour back in October.

  • i like the new PA-5 Path cars..they look just like the older cars..the shape/style i mean..great vid!!

  • @EMDSD14R Same. Aside from being a railbuff, I commute daily on PATH and I am impressed and pleased with the PA-5s as replacements for the older cars

  • @PabloM201 yeah i hear yeah although i've seen the path trains i've never been on one..i know a good bit about them from the tapes i have, not to mention i like the horns they have..hopfully i'll beable to ride the new and the older cars soon.btw are the all stainless steel cars being replaced aswell?..i know they are old but not as old a the white cars..i think those are PA-3's and the stainless steel cars are PA-4's..i hope i am right on those its been awhile since i went into detail on them

  • @EMDSD14R The white ones are the PA-1s to 3s. The PA-1s and 2s lasted out longer than the 3s. And yes, the PA-4s are the stainless steel cars which are only about 24-25 years old but never rehabbed and quite a few will be converted for work service. The number of the older cars are dwindling fast though. Very few PA-1s and 2s and the PA-4s running in better numbers. The PA-5 order is almost entirely done and delivered.

  • @Megahammerheadshark technically it is operated as a railway because it's interstate, but part of it is underground.

  • You're lucking to be filming there because of the shop tour. After 9/11, PATH made a descision for videographers and photographers be required to get a permit to shoot photos and take videos on the PATH line. I got to say, you're pretty lucky it was shop day!

    PATH RULES!

  • is path a subway?

  • @TheDylanJoyce read the comments above lol =p normally PATH would be anal about taking photos (its actually a violation of their policy), but not this time.... lucky enough.

  • Why'd he honk? let me guess..... "put the camera away" -_-

MBTA has a grudge against people with cameras. lot'sa City transit does...

  • @PabloM201 oh ok i never knew the white ones were PA 1 to 3..i thought older cars were PA1to 2 and the PA 3 were came after as a new type altogether..thank you for letting me know tht..its easyer to remember tht now tht i know...yeah i like those PA-4's are they all capable of being Emued to the PA-5's?..well being put in works service is better then being scrapped... i have to get up there and see/film these cars still along with the new ones..i like them all..PATH is cool
