Chelsea FC - Heartbreak and Ecstasy

In recent years, Chelsea supporters have experienced the not only the drama and ecstasy of trophies and titles, but also bitter and cruel heartbreak, most notably time and again in the UEFA Champions League. Here are a few of the moments that stick out in my mind for various reasons. Above all, I absolutely love vicariously experiencing the pure and unbridled joy from the players, perhaps represented best in Michael Essien's reaction to his goal against Barcelona.

2:46 this is my favourite goal of all time. if barca had done it it would have been dubbed as the best goal in history. but seen as chelsea was the team that scored it, it didnt get nearly enough fame or attention. just like wayne rooneys over head kick everybody called it the best goal ever, well Ediear Gudjohnsen scored an even better overhead kick which was from further out.
