In May 2006 H.H. Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche, spiritual head of the Tibetan Bon Buddhist tradition and abbot of Menri Monastery in Dolanji, India, visited Ligmincha Institute's Serenity Ridge retreat center in Nelson County, Virginia.
A biography of His Holiness appears at https://www.ligmincha.org/bon-buddhism/hh-lungtok-tenpai-nyima.html

So nice to see Geshe Chongtul Rinpoche with His Holiness in this vid.

Thank you all for being so kind and sharing this video! I was fortunate enough in 1999 to meet His Holiness at the Kalachakra for World Peace in Bloomington Indiana. Then, there were so few people with knowledge about Bon or His Holiness in the west. Now it is understood that Bon predated Buddhism in Tibet. Both Bon and Buddhism have made their own contributions to Tibet's culture, history, language and religion, and each have a deep respect for the other. Thank you again, and Happy New Year!
