Child Abduction - Fathers' Rights

Lots of cases in Australia where mothers take children 1000's of kms away from the father whilst remaing in the country.AVO'S are easily obtained for coniving women, without any consequences for lying.
Is that justice.

Thank you for raising this point. Children's right to a mother goes unquestioned according to the Act, as it stands and any change. The amended version will simply mean there is no need for the father anymore.

Yes DOCs australia ABDUCT some children without justification and they fabricate and make minor issues to be major,it appears that any chid services have way to slander and abduct children for no good reason

This is nuts.. what the hell do the judges think they're playing at?! They're not abiding by the Children Act section 1, they're ignoring it
