I have no idea if he is 'nice'. I imagine he is intense about music. incredibly intense. I admire him intensely for this. if i get to greet him, i realize it will never be what i want it to be.
Biondi has a purpose and a drive that you or i cannot understand. He feels and lives the composers deeper than we do. and while he may or may not be a nice guy to people on the street- i have no doubt he intends no ill will to anyone who loves the music

Some italian interpretations of Vivaldi outgrow more than others.

is biondi really a nice person? that s interested me because i was living in the same city and many times i meet him in the street or in the station and i always wanted to know him personaly but i had fear..would be great fo me to know..thanks if you want to answer me

I was at this concert...it was marvelous! I met Maestro Biondi at a pre-concert talk he gave just before the concert and I can say that he is indeed a very knowledgeable and kind gentleman. And one talented violin master!
