How would You Do it with like... Hexagonal Patterns for the bangs? I tried to, but I only Selected the bangs, and It looked really strange, and awkward when I was done putting the honeycomb shapes on the bangs.... :/

@AkiChan2552 Maybe try fading it into the hair if the pattern s only in the bangs.

Check out DeviantArt for brushes. Just search photoshop/etc brushes. :D
