there is nothing free about the food they get , they pay for their hospitalization every paycheck and tax paid whether they use it or not , so , no , its not free , its pre paid for .

I get what you were saying, I'm not german myself, but I usually understand it just fine.
I just put the sound on low, :P that helped.

This is truly funny. On the other hand, this nasty NHS food is free. Here in the U.S. this is the gourmet version of the shite they foist on us, and our meals cost about $50 each.
