Titantic Exhibit Memphis

This is a story I worked on with Jeff Napshin while I was with ABC 24. It was fun to do. Jeff liked doing standups that had movement in them. This fit the bill as far as props goes. He played off them very well.

@Flamorgan But, Andrews was co-designer and then construction manager at Harland and Wolff. Conceivably he was forced by the owners to comply with the minimum in terms of lifeboats and reduce the number, but he cannot be absolved. According to "historyonthenet" the White Star Line publicity brochure produced in 1910 for the twin ships Olympic and Titanic states that those two vessels were designed to be unsinkable. So, it seems that Titanic was indeed being commercialized as such.
