I think it's Neelix, too! That guy sure gets around, huh?  I mean, first a security guard in America, 1940-something, then a hologram on the Enterprise in the movie with the Borg, and then a Talaxian chef/tour guide/morale officer in the Delta Quadrant on "Star Trek: Voyager"! What sort of frequent-flier discounts does he get, getting from here to the Delta Quadrant like that?
