Quite stupid comparison. Yeah the 800 Mhz U1010 is faster than a 500 Mhz Everun. Put an 8 GB H264 MKV and both will suck. I have seen 30fps video on a 8086 with CGA... The everun fits in my pocket the U1010 doesnt. The everun keyboard sucks completely if you wanna type more than 1 word, the U1010 keyboard is kinda usable for some tasks. The u1010 is a convertible laptop/Tablet the everun is a definite umpc slate. Both have their applications.

stupid people compare performance of machines with different specs
if the specs are different from the outset...wouldn't you click upstairs, put two and two together and realise "oh, they can't be compared".......maybe?

The EVERUN video is running slowly because it's on a 500mhz processor and you're using windows media player. If you use GOM player on the everun, your video will run smoothly. ;-)

It is surprise the screen of Everun is better than U1010.

They are comparing the smoothness of the rmvb playback. But they said the everun LCD is much better in brightness and contrast.

U1010 appear to be more smooth than Everun for playback rmvb video. I suspect the display driver of everun does not utilized the power of display chipset.
