This is a clip from the documentary film Black Hand Strawman: The History of Organized Crime in Kansas City. This depicts the Mafia execution of Wolf Rimann who had been threatening to intrude upon the liquor operations of an alleged La Cosa Nostra controlled business in Kansas City. The Mob's assassination of Wolf Rimann caused a political backlash in Missouri in 1949 and led to the eventual demise of the local don or Godfather Charlie Binaggio and paved the way for Nick Civella to become head of the Kansas City Outfit as the Mafia in KC was known in later days.
