@THRstang i know it really wasnt my business but what motors did you have in mind? because when i saw this comment i automatically though about swapping a 351w or just keep the 302 and use a tremec t56.

ok here is my post: bought a 93 mustang coupe shell, wanna run a 10 sec car. What kind of motor you all have in mind, with the proper tranny? ALSO, wife gave me a 15k limit, what you all think?? Please post.

Bart, the budget is very much in line with what you are looking to accomplish. If you can shoot me a message to discuss details. I have 2 different motor combo's that would easily put you deep 10's for well under your number.

IMO if it runs on pump gas and you wont get pulled over the sec a cop sees you its street legal. in my case being in ca if it runs on 91 octane its street legal. awesome ride looks badass

Amen to that one! Having lived in LA with a couple stangs I know your pain. They'll pull you over, pop the hood, and start righting you a book of tickets if it doesn't have a Carb50 stamp on it! Fortunately, here we can get away with almost anything that has lights/blinkers! Check out our other vids to see this one with the new Solid Roller 550 HP motor running 10's on DOT tires.
