The french state has created this "Idea" of a french "nation" , les gaulois, to unite us better.
But in truth the gaulois were a minority since the Fall of the Roman Empire.
They were in decline long before that also.
Since Charlemagne and Clovis, most french are metis between Frank and Gaulois, but with a majority of franks especially in the north.

I've listened to all of the Volk tracks carefully now-- and I think this is the most beautiful and the most ugly at the same time. "What do you they want? Why do they carry weapons? Listen to the sound of the streets and the ghettos!" Is freedom and respect only for us, or is it for all? Is there any hope- or only cruelty, fear, self-interest, and nihilism?
