@robertxtm It does, you just probably have to change your system locale to Japanese.
Control Panel-->Region and Language--> then go to the Administrative tab and change the system locale to "Japanese (Japan)" and hit okay. If it asks to restart, do so and the game should play. :3

This game's animation and look is great, but the fighting itself is half-baked. I would expect better from a fighting game with all females......
