Wow, this was great, the form of both the white belt and black belt was very elegant, a had great form. This Kempo is much different than my Shorinji Kempo.Please, check out my video oh me preforming a few of our katas.

ahahahaah thats a great way of saying "look at me im a dousche" while knowing i spelled that wrong aswell. and in ne case these are watered down remnents of forms and techniques that is true kenpo. even ed parker him self admits its less then 10% kenpo his art. my sijo trained in the same class and the had knowledge of eachother ed parker wasnt even suppose to teach but w.e. u do wat u want i the usa.
