Mooji-citations

This is a tribute from me to Mooji. His magical means of speaking contribute to the awakening of all humans to their true identity. It was not easy to select favorite citations from him but I do feel that the quotes in this video reflect his love of life and his love of all of us. Anthony Paul Moo-Young, affectionately known as "Mooji" was born on January 29th 1954 in Port Antonio, Jamaica.

The more troublesome the world looks, the more you have to look inside to find out where the World comes from and the one who sees it.

SATSANG is the SELF conversing with ITSELF about the SELF

I AM, is not identifying with any name, form, or relationship. It is self recognition. Then you are undisturbed. Interactions happen but do not leave any footprints in the SELF.

Something is very quiet about the world when seen through the eyes of the liberated mind; something else is going on from what you think you see.
What you want is what you already are. You are IT dreaming of the one who wants IT.

You need nothing to be happy. You do need something to be sad.

To change the world is not your mission. To change yourself is not your duty. To awaken to your true nature is your opportunity.

Be natural, be yourself in every situation with everything, be at ease with everything. Only recognize that whatever manifests in consciousness is a playful and superficial expression and not a definition of what you are.

When the I AM itself is seen as a phenomenon, it is the end of all efforts.

Fear does not belong to you. This is only yours when you play the game at what you are not!

When Self is not aware of ITSELF and takes itself to be the ego it suffers.

I am that which witnesses mind, therefore I am earlier, more subtle than thought and entirely formless.

The life-force itself does everything. Mind is only an interpreter.

Keep on inquiring until there is nobody left to inquire.
